With over 25 years' experience as a professional chef, Lauren has organized and catered events for George Lucas, Steve Young, Kirk Hammett, Arianna Huffington, The Real Housewives of Orange County and more.
 

Her culinary philosophy revolves around the beauty of seasonality, re-imagined classics to bold and experimental delights. Drawing inspiration from the seasons and her world travel from Almafi to Bali, she expertly crafts four to six-course meals that showcase the freshest flavors.
